POSITION : Human Resources Generalist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will also handle day-to-day tasks associated with HR operations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with HR software and data analysis tools is a plus
• Knowledge of labor laws and legal compliance is a plus
