POSITION : Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager

Department: Transformers Tanks, Pressed Steel Radiators and Corrugated Fin Wall

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Should have experience in sales and marketing for Pressed Steel Radiators, Corrugated Fin Wall and Transformer Tanks.
2. Should have the ability to negotiate and clarify products in the best possible way.
3. Knowledge of ISO Processes and same should be implemented for the division.
4. Responsible for identifying the market, building up relations with new and old clients, generate enquiries, generate clients/market reports, implementing marketing strategies.
5. Should have good skills related to product drawing and other related process of manufacturing.
6. Generate & Develop leads- Ability to find new export client as well as maintaining relation with existing clients.
7. Prospecting & generating business from new customers.
8. Responsible for complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking
9. Reporting of Sales Activities & to provide update of the sales funnel regularly- reviewed weekly
10. Make presentations; attend techno-commercial discussions & negotiations.
11. Should have expertise in participating in tenders, reverse auctions and other offers/quotations to submit with competitive price to prospected clients.
12. Also should have in-depth knowledge of product raw material and also of other important parameters.
13. Achieve Sales goals on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Basis
14. Ability to travel extensively to support internal & External Customers
15. Should have the ability to conduct all type of mandatory testing for clients.
16. Transformer Allied Parts industry experience is mandatory for the positions.
17. Should have  in-depth knowledge of export markets and procedures

Education Criteria:

1. A Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline or MBA in similar industry.
2. Min. 1 year of relevant and demonstrable product marketing and business development experience.
